We are looking for new employees for our location in Hohenschönhausen.
Before you as a customer can buy something online with a click, the shop must first be planned, built and filled. All of this requires training as an e-commerce clerk. This is where specialists are trained to help shape the marketplace of tomorrow.
Online retail has become an integral part of our everyday lives. We buy clothes, technology and food, take out insurance and book holidays. There is no end in sight, even cars can be ordered from the couch and delivered to your door.
Before you get started, you need to be clear about which products you want to sell and who your target group is. This is the most important basis for an online shop. On this basis, you choose the shop software.
Once all the technical aspects have been implemented, it's time to enter the products online. Where and how the goods are stored also falls within your area of responsibility, as does dispatch planning. During your apprenticeship, you will learn to develop marketing strategies to give your shop an image and generate new customer groups.
Often underestimated and the most important resource in e-commerce: the customer! Nothing works without them, which is why communication with the end consumer is just as important as everything else. In online retail, personal contact is replaced by chats and phone calls. Without eye contact, the customer should still feel like a king!
Please note that paper applications will not be returned by post, but will be destroyed once they have been entered into the applicant management system. Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

Businessman in e-commerce is my 2nd apprenticeship. Before that, I started learning to be a mechatronics engineer, but then quickly realised that I was missing a creative part. A friend gave me an insight into marketing, which I thought was great. I then enquired further and came across the commercial apprenticeship for e-commerce.
I looked at several companies, but I liked it here straight away. After the interview, I was shown around and introduced to everyone. This familiar impression stuck with me and was confirmed.
I go to vocational school twice a week. There we learn business and legal basics, but also a lot about marketing and company presentation.
We all have a friendly atmosphere here, everyone knows everyone else, so it's all quite informal. I really like the combination of the relaxed atmosphere and the determination.
I prepare my workstation first, put my drink down and sometimes give my colleague a coffee (when her cup is empty again). laughs
Then the first thing I do is check the website to see if any errors have crept in or if I notice anything else, and of course I have to check my emails.
I have very different tasks here. I create data sheets, write process flows and learn the practical use of important marketing tools. Of course, I always have to keep an eye on the website to make sure everything is right. At the moment, I'm particularly involved in creating 360-degree images for our branches and vehicles.
We have open and very simple communication here. It's also cool that my ideas are accepted here and that my opinion on certain topics is sometimes asked for. I can actively participate, which isn't always the case with my classmates.
Your ideas are valued here, the team is very open and you can actively help shape your own area. I would say: "Good idea!"
