Questions about leasing
The additional kilometre costs depend on the respective vehicle model and can change constantly. For the Hyundai i10, we charge around 7 cents per extra kilometre. For the larger Hyundai Staria, the price is 22 cents per extra kilometre.
Our professional claims management is integrated into the basic leasing contract as standard. This supports you throughout the entire claims handling process in the event of damage. All other insurance services such as third-party liability, partial or fully comprehensive insurance can be added as an option according to your individual requirements.
In the event of an accident, our claims management team is there to help you. The process is simple and straightforward: Report the damage directly to us - we will take care of all the coordination and repair the vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications. Important: Document the course of the accident as precisely as possible and take photos. Depending on the party at fault and the insurance selected, the costs will be covered by the insurance company.
In the standard leasing contract, you as the lessee bear the maintenance costs yourself. For maximum convenience, we recommend our all-round carefree package: with this optional service package, all maintenance work is already covered - from regular inspections to MOT tests.
Whether early cancellation or a model change is possible depends on the individual contract terms with the respective leasing company (e.g. Hyundai Leasing). It is best to contact your leasing company directly to discuss your options.
