Repairs after the warranty expires

We take care of the repair of technical defects on important components of your FUSO vehicle that may occur during proper use. This includes the assumption of labour and material costs including operating materials, excluding fuel. Your vehicle is in the best hands with our service partners authorised by Daimler Truck AG.

Wear-related repairs

Wear and tear is unavoidable, but we make sure that your vehicle always remains reliable by carrying out professional repairs. Here too, we cover the costs of labour and materials to keep your FUSO vehicle in perfect condition.

Regular maintenance

Maintenance: Compliance with the manufacturer's maintenance specifications is crucial for the longevity and reliability of your FUSO vehicle. Our authorised service partners carry out all necessary maintenance work to the highest standards.

Roadside assistance

In the event of a breakdown, our Fuso emergency service is there for you around the clock. We restore your vehicle's roadworthiness at the breakdown location and cover the repair costs as well as the technician's travelling expenses. If an on-site repair is not possible, we will arrange for your vehicle to be towed to a suitable service partner.

Towing service

If it is not possible to restore your vehicle's roadworthiness at the breakdown location, we will tow it to the nearest qualified service partner, including all costs incurred.

Statutory audits

Safety is our top priority. That is why we carry out all the main and exhaust emission tests required in Germany, as well as safety checks and tachograph tests. Naturally, we also cover the costs here.

Technical details

The drive unit of the Next Generation eCanter combines a state-of-the-art electric motor with permanent magnet synchronous drive and water cooling, available in two power levels (129 kW max./110 kW constant and 110 kW max./85 kW constant). The eAxle integrates a differential in a compact drivetrain without cardan shaft. Three battery options (S, M, L) with capacities from 41.3 kWh to 123.9 kWh offer ranges of up to 200 km. An effective water cooling system and four recuperation modes maximise the range and service life of the battery.
