We are looking for new employees for our location in Hohenschönhausen.
Behind every good company is a team of employees who work in the background to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your work is mainly connected to the computer or telephone, which serve primarily as a means of communication with customers and employees.
The best thing about the office management profession is the regular working hours and often 40 hours per week. You will answer emails, monitor incoming payments, arrange appointments, write business letters, prepare meetings and so on.
After two years of dual vocational training, you can decide on a specialisation; there is a wide and varied choice, which is why this apprenticeship is one of the most popular in Germany. For your final year, for example, you can choose to specialise in logistics or human resources.
Please note that paper applications will not be returned by post, but will be destroyed once they have been entered into the applicant management system. Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

I dropped out of my first training as a nursery school teacher after about 1.5 years because I realised that I couldn't imagine a future in this profession. I then did an internship at my martial arts club, mainly in accounting. I really enjoyed it and then I found out more about it.
I was interviewed at several companies, but this was my favourite right away. Everyone was very welcoming and the company isn't too big. Apprentices are not processed here like on an assembly line, everything is very personal, which was important to me.
I have to go to school twice a week. The subjects alternate here. At the moment I have German and WiSo, which is economics and social studies. Next up is English and the learning field. The learning field subject consists of a total of 12 subject areas, which we cover one after the other.
I really like it here, everyone is helpful, kind and nice. If I ever have a question, I always get an answer. I realise that this isn't the case everywhere with my classmates and I'm quite happy about that.
The first thing I do here is unlock everything, switch on the lights - just as normal. If there's anything left over from the previous day, I do that first and then go to financial accounting. There are always tasks for me here that I work on in the morning. After my lunch break, I spend the rest of the working day in the HR department.
I'm currently learning how to manage the business accounts. That requires a lot of concentration, otherwise you end up with more work than before. I manage and sort the mail every day, as well as accounting. Everything else will come bit by bit.
Not only in my team, but everywhere in the company the employees are warm, open and above all helpful.
Yes, why not, I can really recommend CSB mould without a guilty conscience.
